I agree to indemnify and hold harmless CariEx Radio, its owners, staff and partners against any claim, loss, damage, cost or legal action arising from my submission or from any dispute over its ownership or licensing.I grant CariEx Radio a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to broadcast, stream, record, reproduce and publicly perform my submitted song, and to use my name, stage name, likeness, photo, country, biography and social links across CariEx Radio's radio broadcasts, website, apps, newsletters, social media and any other promotional material, for the purpose of promoting me and the station.
